“ Brent, the owner of Blue Skies Pool Service, is not your average pool guy – in so many ways! I have a large, 5 year old above ground pool and when I met Brent the pool was in trouble, (even though I had already been paying someone else to “maintain” it.) The pool liner was brown, the water was not getting chlorine (even though I have a chlorinator.) The water was green. Brent and I agreed on a price (which was so fair) and he promised me he could save my pool and get it, not only crystal clear, but that the water would feel better on the skin. And so began a month-long investigation to solve all of the issues. Brent came to my house every day to tweak and check on the pool. He truly did use all of his investigative skills and chemical education. Most importantly and SO very rare, customer service -- He Cared – and he continually reassured and educated me. It was determined that there was an issue in the way the chlorinator had been plumbed – he repaired that. He consulted with the sellers and manufacturers of some of my equipment. Using his investigative skills, he found the reason why there was very little water flow. The return jet had an incorrect attachment on it creating only a pea size opening for flow. He changed that and the water flowed beautifully. He removed the steps into the pool and cleaned out a mountain of debris. He cleaned the filter and vacuumed the pool multiple times. With his chemical genius he was able to begin the process of correcting the chemical balance and the liner was blue again! The water is crystal clear. I do not remember all the miracles he performed, nor do I understand how. But, the pool looks so inviting now! See the photos. Dr. Brent, thank you! ”

“ Brent with Blue Skies Pool Service has been a godsend to our family. A hero. Our pink 1960s pool, built without skimmers, is a monster—unusually large, irregularly shaped, inordinately deep, incessantly leaking, and always full of leaves (among other things). Trying to keep it clean was a constant, losing battle. Our old "pool guy" gave up after Hurricane Ida, and we couldn't find anyone to clean it, much less anyone willing to service it on a regular basis. So, our pool languished for well over a year and turned into a brown, muck and frog-filled eyesore. We considered filling it in. Then we met Brent. Brent not only agreed to clean the pool (a massive, multi-day task), but also agreed to service it, knowing how difficult that would be. The walls hadn’t been resurfaced since it was built and have become like coarse sandpaper that rubs your skin raw and that requires frequent, forceful brushing because of trapped algae and mustard mold. The continuous leaking requires constant, complicated chemical-adjustment. But despite all this, our pool is now crystal clear and beautiful. Because of Brent. What used to be a burden and eyesore has become a joy for our family. We've used the pool more under Brent's watch than we did in the four years before he entered our lives. We couldn't be happier. ”
